Now, it’s 3-1. The Stars just don’t have it, at least, not from what I have seen in the series. I’d love to see a miracle, but right now I am sending my prayers to my father-in-law. He was supposed to have surgery today, but the hospital was low on plateletes. Unbelievable. We do have a serious blood bank problem in this country and it really isn’t hard to donate blood. There are a lot of myths associated with it, but it is safe and only hurts a little. I am not going to say it never hurts. It only takes about 20 minutes of your time. In fact, in my last donation, I was in and out (screening and donation) in less than hour. Went during my lunch hour. If you’re not sure if you’re allowed to donate or don’t know where to go, give your local blood center a call.

L is giving me a heart attack every night now. He learned how to climb on the sofa and likes to stand on it or whatever. S slipped into her big sister role and tried to keep him down on the sofa. Just put the daredevil to bed and breathing a sigh of relief. Despite his stunts, he is a real pleasure especially since he likes books. Oh alright, I’ll stop the bragging Mom mode.
