Whew! Just finished a much-needed workout on my finally repaired treadmill while finishing A Day at the Races with the Marx Brothers. Good old-fashioned comedy. If you like lots of cussin’, potty jokes, gross-out humor, then this ain’t the movie for ya.

The Dot Com layoffs finally hit home. A family member and a friend were laid-off. Of course, I don’t want to see anyone lose his job. But, I think the dot com problems are a good thing. Why? Because it helps job seekers avoid such companies and ensure dot coms with a real plan shine through. I think Job Market Report explains it better.

No, I don’t wish failure for companies. It’s time for the business to face reality that running an Internet business takes work like any other business.
