Bid on a PDA butter sculpture for a good cause. Gearworks is auctioning a 50-pound, 24-inch butter sculpture of a PalmOS VII device. Yes, butter as in what you put on your toast. If you’re in or near Minneapolis, you can visit the sculpture at Gearworks’ booth at the state fair through September 4. Gearworks has even posted a top 10 list of what to do with the sculpture on its Web site and auction page. This is NOT a hoax and the money will benefit 4-H Foundation. As for right now, it’s going for US$360. Anyone out there who doesn’t get sick of cinnamon toast or garlic bread for breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner?
