<Arsenio impression>Whoo! Whoo!</Arsenio impression> New issue of Digital Web!

With the glory days of Dot coms gone, it’s back to business and basics. No more pool tables and video games, it’s time to consider business processes, if you have not already.

I won’t talk about the feature because I am biased. Nick interviewed Heather Hesketh of hesketh.com, inc., a web design firm with a strong and successul process in place. Appropriately, there’s a review of Web Redesign Workflow, a most useful and interactive book. Its companion site has templates for downloading.

When running a Web business, we need tools and a review of Homesite 5 is the ticket.

Webreference, coincidentally, has published a process-related article in its Thursday newsletter. Hal Helms discusses, “
Why Projects Fail, and What You Can Do About It”. He explains that “Failure rates on custom software projects are astonishingly high, above 70%” and emphasizes the FuseBox methodology.
