The Case for Keeping Dialup

Jonathon has gone back to surfing via dialup. That’s why I continue to pay monthly fees on my dialup account. It paid off when @Home went down.

It’s all about priorities, and mine is to always be connected!

    I keep at least one free AOHell disk around for the exact same reason. Just in case I had to use it. Only problem is, I don’t have a modem for the laptop! The port is for a LAN and I am not sure if it has a dial-up modem too!
