Dreamweaver Studio is a web developer's best friend. Fireworks turns my photographs into <em>very</em> small gifs just by exporting; Photoshop makes 'em bigger to start with. You have to work hard to lighten the load there.</p> <p>And Dreamweaver is your pal. Javascript pop-up window? Just click on the plus and you've got one. Don't have a great scripting ability? That's okay, Macromedia invites scripters to supply extensions for everyone, and they're free.</p> <p>Can't beat their user interface, or their ability to listen to the customers and change the code accordingly.</p> <p>I'm sold. :-)</p> I love Macromedia.
