There’s a town in Texas called Garland?

The Miller story interested me because:

1) John Nichols over at the Nation blogged it first. And Nichols used to be on the editorial team at the Capital Times back in Madison (where I lived for 10 years)

2) I grew up in Dallas. Well, Garland actualy...
