Driving along the George Washington Parkway on a fall day and looking over to my left to see the Potomac, the Capitol the Washington Monument, and all the other sites that people come from around the world to see is breathtaking.</p> <p>Then again, the traffic sucks.</p> As someone who has lived in DC for about 6 years now, I have to say that DC can be an extremely beautiful city.
