May must be flash from the past month. I met with Jason Scott who is working on the BBS Documentary. Man, talk about digging through the cobwebs trying to recall my life in BBSes (pre-Internet days, folks). Jason is amazing. He manages to keep track of everyone and every film. He isn’t an axe murderer. I survived my interview with him.

Then, I accidentally came across Apple II History. Suddenly, I remembered the error I hated so much: ?reenter

I’m embarrassed to say that I thought it was pronounced like “reader” rather than “re-enter.” Gimme a break. I was only 10 when I played with the Apple ][+. I hated that damned error message and nearly smacked the machine almost every day. Then, of course, there was ?syntax error.

Ah, but I’ve got plenty of good memories of those jolly good Apple days.
