Madhu writes an easy to understand article on useful “Page not found” error pages : evolt.org and takes us on a tour of good and bad examples. I agree with all of his points: don’t redirect to home page, customize, and friendly. Yeah, yeah… you know I’ll never get around to customizing my own. sigh
