How many times have you pressed the wrong thing only realize it milliseconds after? Too late, the computer is taking action. We all make mistakes. OK, except you, Perfecto Perfect (rolls eyes). Since we want the customer to have a pleasant experience, not a frustrating one, designing for mistakes eases the frustration and earns a few brownie points.
