I’m sure most of you have run into the latest “pi## me off” advertising — floating ads that appear over the content we’re trying to read. Personally, pop ups are better than this garbage. The ads I’m willing to click: banner without annoying animation, text-based, and a simple graphic.

Readers of Ezine Tips provide their Feedback on those drop-in ads. These folks sound irate. One comment caught my eye, the one from a writer with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, who said that people using voice software to navigate the Internet end up closing their browsers when they try to click the ad to make it go away.
