Wednesday, January 15th, 2003 at 4:15 PM |I wasn’t surprised to see who topped the list in Who Had the Worst User Experience? Every time I go to Sony’s site, I leave frustrated. They do make good products and there were a few occasions when I needed to get information from their site. I should just stop going there because, like the article says, they have a thousand different Web sites doing their own thing.
