MS FrontPage has captured the Web design world’s attention especially the crew behind Webstandards.org. I agree with the organization’s posting regarding FrontPage.
Microsoft Office 2003 Beta 2 Review is worth a look because of the screenshots included for the products included with MS Office 2003.
Thurrott states FrontPage has significantly changed and has disposed of its FrontPage Server Extensions (whoo hoo!) and included tools that provide industry standard CSS-based layout capabilities.
From the summary, I get the impression the upgrade to Office 2003 isn’t going to be worth it unless the purchaser spends a lot of time using Outlook for managing emails and performing personal information management tasks. This is a review of the beta version, so there might be a few more surprises in store.
