To create a draft... just close or save the email and it automatically goes into the Drafts folder.

On the question about sending emails with another address, I believe you click View, From Field. Enter the email address in there.

Is there a way to make it send the emails with anything other than your default email address? Also, how do you setup Outlook to move them to Drafts instead of sending them?

For Pegasus: just use the mail merge function within pegasus itself.
