&lt;p&gt;To create a draft... just close or save the email and it automatically goes into the Drafts folder.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;On the question about sending emails with another address, I believe you click View, From Field. Enter the email address in there.&lt;/p&gt;
