Yeah, like that's going to happen. I've been using Winblows for years and have sent in I can't remember how many reports and yet to receive not one resolution. As for filing for a resolution directly from their web site, I have yet to have them resolve an issue either. Every tech I spoke to sounded like they came from India, could speak very little English, and every one of them recommended "Re-installing Windows." I’d suggest removing Error Reporting, all it does is take up hard drive space.
