QBQ Follow up

Yesterday, I posted a story of how I applied QBQ! in responding to a customer’s email. It’s good that I had a positive attitude and didn’t blame anyone as the typos are not on the pages of which I have control. Whew… I hate it when Web pages have typos (blogs don’t count–grin). However, I am still taking action by contacting the people behind the site where the typos are located to get it corrected.

Though it is not on my Web site, it’s a reflection on me because the user didn’t see himself moved to another site out of my control. He clicked on the “order” from my newsletter, which took him to the other site. So it’s seamless.

As for the other issue, I haven’t figured out a way to word it explaining how to use PayPal so users new to it know what to do.
