		<description>&lt;p&gt;Another wonderful example of style rules at odds with technical writing:  the (in my opinion outdated) rule that punctuation should always go outside quotation marks.  In some cases, adding an extra period or comma to a quoted command can make a huge difference in what it does!&lt;/p&gt;
