University of North Texas - College of Business has been added to the CSS list. It’s great to see an area college taking Web standards seriously. Furthermore, the site meets accessibility standards. I am crazy to do this with all the comment sp@m cr@p, but I’ve opened the comments section in the CSS list to encourage discussion on the sites.
I am also not just taking any ol’ site that has CSS for layout anymore. Because it’s become more commonplace, I’ll have to use my lousy design eye to decide whether or not the site is worthy of the list. I know there are old ones that don’t deserve it, but they’ll stick around until I get to them.
I know many more big sites have converted. Let me know about them. This is a resource for you. Of course, the other CSS collections are excellent, but it never hurts to have multiple resources.
I am looking to hire someone to help me with my site. I need to move it to the latest version of MovableType, change the links from ID to titles of the post, and convert the design to where the navigation is on the left (I already have it… but haven’t gotten it working with MT). The person needs to be experienced with CSS design and MT.
