Now I received the following answer from WSJ: Dow Jones is always concerned when a subscriber comes to this decision. We pride ourselves with providing our readers unmatched coverage on world, business and consumer news that is relevant, accurate and dependable. For security reasons, your Wall Street Journal subscription cannot be canceled either online or through e-mail. To cancel your account by phone, please call 1-800-975-3913. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 am - 8 pm Eastern Standard Time. If the are SOOO pride of security, why do they allow to SUBSCRIBE over the internet and not only by US mail or phone?!?!
