Totally time-consuming stuff and I think she could do it, if I took the time to develop the right parameters, instructions, etc. for her. The thought of working with someone you can't see -- entrusting your business to them -- can feel a little like throwing a bag of your personal belongings over a fence and hoping it lands in good hands. In addition to the advice presented here, it's good to remember that working with virtual people requires a different language and communication style.
