@Davina, yes many of us are hit harder than usual with allergy season. Your post was worthy of a mention!

@Jackie, Ever since I read Deborah Tannen's book, "You Just Don't Understand" -- I love reading about our inborn differences. No matter how we try to raise our kids as kids instead of girl/boy -- they're going to gravitate to some of our natural tendencies because of the differences in our brains. Also heard "The Female Brain" talks about this.

Thanks for linking to the discussion about the difference between male and female leaders because it brought me here and the links I have read were really helpful!

Now looking at who to unfollow...
And how to effectively call to action...for a start

Jackie Cameron´s last blog post... Some further thoughts on women and leadership

Hi Meryl. Yep, allergy season is upon us. I haven't been bothered with allergies for more than a dozen years. This year? They're back for no apparent reason. Sniff, sniff :-)

I played the Swine Fighter... for about a minute -- crazy. Many thanks for including the link to the Proofreader post.
